The Nevada Lions Club met at Indian Creek Country Club on Feb 9, 2022, with the following persons in attendance:

Secretary Heckathorne was asked to send John Wheelock a note accepting his resignation as well as thanking him for Lions and community service.
Secretary Heckathorne read the previous Minutes. Jerry made a motion to approve, Second by Mike? Motion passed.
John Beals presented the Financial Report: Jim made a motion to accept the Treasure's Report, Second made by Jerry. Motion passed.
There were no bills of account. Also note that ICCC still hasn't billed us for our Christmas party meals.
Our Pancake Fundraiser is scheduled for Apr 9, 2022. The location hasn't been determined, but probably at either the high school or at Gates Hall.
Charlene and Jerry will do nominations. Tom Geist will be our next president. It was suggested that we may want to look for a new membership director.
John scheduled retakes Tuesday, Feb 22 and Wednesday, Feb 23. Central Elementary scheduled Tuesday morning and again in the afternoon, Lil'Cubs scheduled Tuesday morning, while Head Start scheduled for Wednesday morning.
Susan made the motion to adjourn, with a Second by many others. Motion passed.
After adjournment, Charlene mentioned the idea of a popcorn stand fundraiser.
