Indian Creek Country Club, Wednesday Evening, Mar 11, 2020 -- Loren Heckathorne
The Nevada Lions Club held its regular Board of Directors meeting, Mar 11, 2020, in the Indian Creek Country Club dining room. President Paul Malsom called the meeting to order at 7:53 pm and acted as Chairperson, with the following members present:

Secretary Heckathorne read the Minutes from the Feb 26 Board meeting. Jerry Radke motioned to approve the Minutes, 2nd by Sandy Richardson. Motion Passed.
John Beals presented the Treasurer's report. Bob Hunter made a motion to accept the Treasurer's report, 2nd by Charlene Jarboe. Motion passed.
There were no bills presented tonight.
Old Business.
ISU Dining (Odyssey of the Mind) was discussed this evening. Breakfast is from
6:30 to 9:30, lunch is from 11:00 to 2:00 and dinner is from 4:30 to 7:30. The
pay rate is $11 per hour. Sandy made a motion to have Susan contact ISU Dining
and sign up for lunch; Second by Charlene. Motion passed.
The 3 year extension of our Domain name was mentioned again, tonight. Jerry will pay for that and submit a bill to our club.
New Business.
Nerds Anonymous had a program in February and they requested a donation to help
them in their robotics competition. Bob motioned to give them $300, Second by
Charlene. Motion passed. We will invite them to a future dinner meeting and
present them $300 using the big check. The big check is for pictures and
write-up for the Nevada Journal.
Being finished with our business, we adjourned at 8:11.
